Customer Service Advisor / Administrator l £20,000 - £22,000 + £2,000 ANNUAL BONUS Hydrid (Home & Office based (Central Bristol) PERMANENT ROLE The Company: A company that truly value their staff and believe that the people they employ are the reason for their success! The Job: Delivering positive Customer Experience and outstanding service by providing an accurate and professional interaction through both telephony and administrative based activities. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to managing your workloads, within agreed SLA s to help the business meet service expectations and objectives. Key responsibilities; Processing a variety of businessadministration tasks to include Action refunds, termination of contracts, loading Insurance information. Actioning any customer account amendments on the mainframe system as notified by the customers or external agencies. Responding to all customer and Vendor enquiries in a friendly, efficient and timely manner. Taking ownership of excellent Customer Service delivery to Intro Sources, Manufacturers and End Users Liaising with Sales and other internal departments to ensure that the customer is presented with a consistent and accurate response. Building strong working relationships with our key business partners to help support and grow the reputation and success of our business. Responding to Asset Protection cover enquires from customers. Ownerships of ongoing projects, dealing with reports from the finance team, reconciling, investigating miss payments etc Taking overflow calls from the Customer Services Team The Person: My client is looking for a candidate who loves a challenge, a busy workload and a varied role where multi-tasking is a prerequisite! A positive individual who likes to make a difference, who loves learning and going the extra mile Previous administration / customer service experience is required, this role would also suit a recent graduate or college leaver with some work experience. The Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 + Bonus The location: Central Bristol office / Hybrid The Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am 6pm (37.5 hours per week) Normal working hours are 9am 5.30pm The Benefits: Amazing benefits which include 25 days holiday rising to 30 days + Bonus Days!
