Large academic medical center is seeking a Family Medicine Program Director to support their well-known, long standing Family Medicine residency program in Savannah, GA at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Qualified Candidates:
Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine
Must have a minimum of 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
Have at least 3 years of GME administrative experience prior to appointment
Committed to full spectrum family medicine
Interest in developing and supporting rural track family medicine programs
Have strong administrative and team building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Combination teaching and clinical responsibilities
Participation in scholarly activities, which may include peer reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or participation in national committees or educations organizations
