Otolaryngology Physician Needed for a Government FacilityHours:Monday- Friday 8-4:30 in Clinic. Will see 14-18 patients per day.Surgeries are scheduled Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 7-3:30 with 2-3 surgeries per day On call is required. (1:2)Requirements:Current CV without any gaps over 30 days since completion of medical school (written explanations are acceptable)Board Certified in OtolaryngologyOne active, unrestricted state medical license NO suspended or revoked license (past or current)Current DEA3 Current ReferencesCME CertificatesACLS and BLS Certifications
