NWJ1313 £(phone number removed) per annum 40 Hours - Days Great Benefits 20 + beds - Good CQC A small sized elderly Residential home in the Birmingham area currently has a vacancy for a Home Manager to work full-time days on a permanent basis. Details of this Home Manager role and what the home is offering: A permanent contract to work 40 hours per week on flexible night shifts covering a 7 day rota Great pay rates of pay at £27,000 per annum A comprehensive induction, ongoing training opportunities and a supportive leadership team A great staff benefits package As Home Manager, you will play a key role in managing and implementing resident care programmes and ensuring care is safe, effective, and meeting the needs of residents. You will coordinate and lead HCAs in the delivery of personal care and will ensure clinical records are maintained in line with CQC essential standards. As Home Residential Manager, you will take responsibility for the operational management of the home. This includes the effective management of staff, budgets, and resources along with ensuring all clinical and medication records are accurately maintained and care is to a high standard. What we are looking for: An experienced Home Manager and have completed a recognised management qualification i.e Diploma Level 5. Demonstrate a strong background in elderly care, with proven experience working with older adults preferred Ideally experienced in a leadership role in a similar setting A strong leader and able to manage, motivate and delegate to a team of HCAs and Support Workers Have a good understanding of regulatory requirements within the care sector including CQC, Local Authority and safeguarding procedures Well organised with strong communication, administrational and record keeping skills To apply now, please follow the link provided.
