Our Client is urgently looking for an experienced Test Manager.Contract job inside ir35. Home-based with infrequent visits to the Client's site.Primary Purpose of the role: A test manager is required to facilitate, guide and support testing of a large digital transformation project delivering an application to streamline engineering processes. The Test Manager would be responsible for the testing of the application under development, for providing expert process improvement advice to reduce development defects and provide assurance that risks associated with implementing the new application are accurately quantified and addressed. Summary of Role:Coordinates and manages planning of the application and/ or acceptance tests within the development and the integration of the project . Takes responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities. Provides authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution. Defines and communicates the test strategy for the project. Manages all test processes, including test plans, (resources, costs?), timescales, test deliverables and traceability. Manages client relationships with respect to testing matters.
